In recent years massage therapy has been increasingly integrated into palliative cancer treatment programs, including those battling mesothelioma. A special organization that really tries to make a difference in the world, Kiva works with other organizations to make micro loans to small businesses in developing parts of the world. Individuals are able to make loans directly to any of the businesses listed on the site, and repayment is overseen by established aid organizations local to the area with a good track record.
