Learn to Make Kombucha at a Fraction of the Cost
Mark your calendars- Helen is offering a free Kombucha brewing workshop on October 25th at 1 PM in our annex at 2100 Manchester road Suite 940.
What is Kobucha? Kombucha is a fermented tea and has been around for thousands of years, believed to have originated in China, and traveled throughout Asia and Russia. It has health benefits as a probiotic, detoxifier of the liver, and aids in joint pain, among others. While it regularly goes for about $4.00 a bottle, you can make it easily and cheaply at home. Helen will be giving out free starter cultures called “scobies” AND you will be tasting various home-made specialty flavors of kombucha like ginger blueberry, mango, pumkin spice and peach ginger. You will learn how easy it is to create your own specialty flavor with fruits and spices. RSVP-Sign up HERE to reserve your place or call us at 630 863 4712 to reserve your spot- we have limited cultures available.
